Internships

MART regularly offers internships to management graduates and students from top B schools of the country which include IIMs, MICA, MDI, IMI, IMT and FMS. Working on a ‘student project’ is just as rigorous as working on a client-commissioned project.This learning environment enables students to gain hands-on experience and turn in quality work.

Freshers

For green horns, joining MART is a way of gaining hands on experience, wherein they are given project specific responsibilities in different functions – research, strategy, innovation, activation and training- which allows one to become an efficient multi-tasker.

Mid-level Employees

Are provided opportunity to lead projects independently while building teams and nurturing younger colleagues. MART enables employees not to just build their careers but in the process become risk-taking, challenges seeking intrapreneurs.In addition to these in-company entrepreneurs, MART has nurtured employees to become full-fledged independent entrepreneurs.

Partner Co-owner

Since 2007, MART offers employees – those who have an overall experience of 10+ years, of which 5 years should have been in MART – an equity stake in the organisation. This model nurtures entrepreneurial qualities among employees as well as develop a sense of ownership in MART’s initiatives.

External expertise

MART has a panel of very senior experts whose skills are used depending on the need of a project. These professionals have rich experience in their respective fields and employees gain immensely in working with them.
