She has handled a range of projects involving concept development, strategy development, M&E systems designing, monitoring and evaluation, program management, trainings, institutional assessment and strategic planning for addressing changing needs of development and policy recommendations. Her major contribution at MART has been on organizational structure, HR allocation, deployment and institutional arrangement for MGNREGA implementation project in India.

Kuldeep has more than 24 years of experience with a Certificate in International Perspectives in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation from University of Victoria, Canada in partnership with PRIA India. He is an Accredited Management Teacher with All India Management Association and is a qualified Export Trainer accredited by CBI, Netherlands for facilitating trade between Europe and developing countries. Kuldeep has wide range of competencies from project management, entrepreneurship development, international market research, trade fair participation, value chain analysis, development of advisory and training programs, branding, B2B marketing, participatory research, Inclusive marketing to consumer behaviour.

Latika Tandon
Latika is a general management consultant, with over 19 years of multi-functional experience. She works in the areas of business strategy, business process improvement, business model creation, business plans and institutional reviews, across industries with a special focus on the development sector. Prior to this, she has been a banker, having worked with American Express Bank as a Foreign Exchange Trader. She has also been a part of the market research industry as a domain expert – she headed the Finance practice (Banking) at AC Nielsen and has worked as a domain consultant with TNS India.
